Lazy Girl PSL
- 1.5 cups Plant Based Milk I used Earths Own Oat Milk to make it extra creamy
- 1 sachet Sproos MCT Collagen Creamer or sub 1 scoop of your favourite collagen
- 1/2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Ashwaganda
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice to taste
There are three ways to do this: 1. Add all ingredients in large mug and use a handheld frother to combine. Once combined heat it in the microwave (try 30 second intervals or no more than 1 minute without stirring) and then gently mix with a spoon before serving.2. Add ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until combined. Then either heat in the microwave as in option 1, or use a saucepan to heat like in option 3. Once heated serve and enjoy.3. In a saucepan, on medium to low heat, warm all ingredients on the stove top and whisk to fully combine. Once the mixture comes to a low boil it should be ready to serve.
